Copy of Theodore Roosevelt Henderson Birth Certificate.  He was not named at the time of the birth certificate, the first name was added per Social Security numident on 10/28/2005.  The numident was sent to the state of Alabama by me. The report of his birth was made on January 31, 1916.  The reporter listed my Grandmother Hattie fuller as 18, but her age on January 11, 1916 would have been 16.  James Price was also listed as 28 but his age on January 11, 1916 would have been 37. Note that they listed that James and Hattie had three children but only Theodore was alive. Prior births were Mildred and a baby boy still born.
