I assume that the W. B. stands for Wedding Bond. There were two pages to the document. i had to sit in a special chair with gloves that the archives provided me to handle the document.

Here is the actual copy of the wedding bond. William Y King and William Henderson were bound to the Governor of Tennessee Joseph McMinn and his successors in office for the sum of $1,250.00. That is quite a large sum. Note also that William Henderson could not write his name and so a mark was generated for him. William Y. King could sign his name.
