| Jim and Barbara's Genealogy Trip September 8 - September 23, 2005 |
| On September 8, 2005, at 5:00 am Jim and Barbara Henderson got into their 2003 F-350 turbo Ford Diesel and hit the road for Canada. Follow along as we uncovered a lot of new (to Barbara and I) relatives on the Burjoski side, visited cemeteries, made new friends and saw a relative not seen for years on the Givens side and made a quick visit to see Aunt Betty Joyce Henderson Wunderlich. We traveled 3.940 miles in 16 days and paid lots of money for diesel fuel but it was worth it as you will see.

| On Day one we traveled through Missouri, Illinois, and NW Indiana into SW Michigan where we remained overnight in Benton Harbor. | Day seven was spent at the archives in Toronto with no progress to report. On day eight, the gang of three cousins and Barbara found the gravesites of Grandmother Mary Burjoski and Bernice Dale and Joseph Davis. Click on the thumbnail of Grandmother Mary's grave marker to view the day's happenings. |
| On Day nine we toured parts of old Niagara Falls in the rain with Billy Burjoski, looking at the St. Patrick' s Catholic Church and school and the building site for the old Seneca Theatre. Click on the thumbnail of the church to see some of the photos. |
