I asked Charles to stand in the middle of his garden after he gave me a tour.  Would you look at that soil?  Charles has been using compost from the mushroom plant near Apopka.  We had some of those collard greens for dinner and man were they great.  Thanks Charles not only for the great food but also for the tour.  For us Midwestern gardeners who have to work all year to control the clay, the soil here was a sight for sore eyes.
