1900 Census of the Lewis Precinct of Cherokee County Alabama Showing Elijah Henderson and his family,
I apologize for the bad copy. It is cropped so more detail can be seen. All of Elijah and Elizabeth's family are still are home for this census. Nathan H., James P., Sarah R., Hattie J., Martha Missouri, Luna Elizabeth, Tennie P., and Willie. One thing of note is that James Price, my grandfather is listed as being born in 1880. Yet we know from looking at the 1880 census where he was 7/12 of a year old that he was born in 1879. That wrong date of 1880 persisted with him all the way to his gravesite.
